Robert Howard, part of the Fauna and Flora International (FFI) team involved in bio-monitoring of the species that occur in Sapo National Park, Liberia has recently sent us some stunning photos of the park.

We are also making progress with identifying an EDGE Fellow who will be able to assist with the co-ordination of pygmy hippo research and conservation in the park later this year. Fresh pygmy hippo tracks have been sighted within the past few weeks, indicating that the hippos are definitely still there, even if they are a little camera-shy!
