In the EDGE office we were very excited when we heard that Ed Kolloen planned to run the epic 26 miles of the London Marathon for the EDGE programme, in order to raise money for the project and also raise awareness of EDGE species.
We were very impressed to hear that Ed kept to his target time and finished – through heavy rain and hail storms! – in a fantastic 4 hours 30 mins! We are still receiving donations from people who were just as impressed with Ed’s efforts, so a big congratulations and a huge thank you to Ed from all the EDGE team!
We were also amazed to see that Ed looked rather relaxed for his finish line photo!
